- Shipping and/or delivery costs if necessary are extra and vary
item to item.
- Pennsylvania buyers are subject to 6% sales tax. Resellers should
provide a resale number.
- Checks and money orders are accepted. Personal checks from unknown
parties must clear. International orders must be paid by international
money orders or checks drawn on a bank with an U.S. branch. (The
use of credit cards or alternative electronic methods of payment
are still under consideration.)
