Introduction

| Frank and Peggy Steele and Dick Perez founded Perez-Steele
Galleries in 1979. Since that time the company has produced
the most famous and cherished continuing sports art cards sets
in the hobby. They range from the eminent set that celebrates
the members of Baseball's Hall of Fame, and paid homage to the
card designs of the 1800s and early 1900s, to the Diamond Kings
that Perez painted over 15 years for the Leaf-Donruss Company.
These cards will be featured on this website. We hope to upload
the entire body of work including cards and paintings not as
renowned but as important to the Perez-Steele story. Please
be aware that the entire inventory of Perez-Steele Galleries
numbered card sets of Hall of Fame Postcards, Celebration and
Great Moments have been sold out for many years and are available
only on the secondary market. Masterworks is still available
from Perez-Steele Galleries, but in a limited number. Only a
few original paintings from these works are available.
